\ud83d\udde8\ufe0f Anaxis Asset Management, represented by its Head of Compliance, Fatima Guirrati, was pleased to host a lunch at its offices bringing together several Compliance Officers for discussions on major regulatory developments, including AIFM2 and DORA.\ud83d\udccc These discussions enabled a concrete and enriching exchange of experiences among professionals facing similar challenges. Regarding AIFM2, we notably observed that early consultation with the depositary remains the cornerstone of the process for selecting an LTM, adapted to the managed products. We thank Roland de La Tullaye<\/mark><\/a> for initiating this meeting, all participants for the quality of the exchanges, and Philippe De Vecchi<\/mark><\/a> for his quarterly regulatory monitoring, which remains consistently relevant.<\/p>\n\n
